A quick message to let all of our customers know that we are now CHIP & PIN complient. If you wish to pay rent, holding deposits or rent in advance, you can now do so with your debit or credit card either in person or over the phone.



Crane Property Mangement become members of ARLA

Crane Property Management are pleased to announce they have become full members of ARLA, the only professional self-regulating body to be solely concerned with lettings. We can now boast to be the only specialised letting agent to recieve membership in West Wales.

ARLA have specific codes of practice which include;

1. To help to ensure that clients, customers and staff of Member Firms are aware of the expectations of standards of service that ARLA Member Firms strive to provide.

2. To help to maintain and enhance the reputation, standing and good name of ARLA and its membership by protecting the public against fraud, misrepresentation and malpractice in the lettings industry.

3. To help to ensure that there is a positive differentiation between ARLA Member Firms’ service standards and other letting agents.

Becoming members of ARLA, Crane Property Mangement are now bound to these codes of practice, ultimately giving our customers the highest standard of service in the area.

TENANCY DEPOSIT (BOND) SCHEME BECAME LAW ON 6TH APRIL 2007
After a series of talks and discussions between Rona Crane and numerous landlords the majority requested that we organise the deposit (bond) on their behalf.

GOOD NEWS NO FEE INCREASE
We have been preparing for this major change since The Housing Act of 2004, we are pleased to offer this service within our let only fee. There are other implications for let only landlords please contact us for advice.

Tenancy Deposit Scheme - Tenants

Prospective tenants tenancy deposit protection scheme
(protecting your bond money)

Becomes law from 6th april

Your landlord or agent will be obliged to ensure that your money is insured or protected
If you take a tenancy from 6th april 2007 you have a right to be informed of how your money is held
Swift relocations and crane property management will compy with this new law
You have the right to be informed ahead of signing how your bond is to be managed
This should also be stated in your contract

If your landlord does not provide you with an inventory and condition report of your new rented property to check and sign when you move in you are entitled to carry out your own.
Our crane managed propertery tenants will always be provided with an approved inventory and condition report
If you do not receive one on a let only please ask and we can provide a sample to help.

Please note only crane property management and swift relocations customers will receive this service for all tenancies starting after 5th april 2007.
