Swift Relocations have over 20 years experience managing property in the area and we now look after hundreds of properties in and around Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. Our Property management team is headed up by our business owner David Crane, and we have two dedicated members of staff as well as a full time in house accounts manager to deal with any finance issues relating to rent or works. Over the years we have managed to build up a list of reliable contractors available to carry out works at competitive prices (should there be a need). In particular we have some contractors working for us almost on a full time basis, and we have a dedicated emergency number for our tenants to call which is available 24 hours a day should any major problems arise.

When a tenancy commences we draw up a full inventory prior to the move in date and carry out quarterly property checks to make sure the property is being treated with respect and no problems are arising that may be going un-noticed. If damage has been caused over and above fair wear and tear we will rectify and deduct money from the deposit.

Our rent collection rates are extremely high, for 2008 it was 99.58% and for 2009 it has increased to 99.7%.
